As far as presentations that use audio and visual, I only create using Google slides. I have paid for the Slidesgo pro account last year when they were giving discounts and I love the number of options they offer as far as slide designs. You can download to Google or PowerPoint, but I have just always been a Google person.
I personally love using Screencast-O-Matic (it is a Chrome extension too) when recording videos for students or colleagues. I then upload the videos to Youtube because it just seems to be the easiest. You can do it straight from the app. It has pretty good quality audio if you are in a room with no one else and don't have anything else making noise. Another free one that I like is Screencastify, which allows up to 5-minute recordings I believe. I switched to Screencast-O-Matic though because it seemed a little more user-friendly for me.
I think a great tool for feedforward would be something like Padlet or Flipgrid, or any sort of screen-recording/videoing app that you could quickly record something to share with someone the two questions of;
"What worked?" and "What could be better?"
Something that might allow the receiver to answer in a somewhat anonymous way at first might put them at ease until they get used to answering and gain that growth mindset. Then you can start getting into deeper conversations and using different applications for the two questions for feedforward.
